My experience in desktop support, user support, and network management covers various aspects of IT support. I have strong skills in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting video conference devices and Interactive Panels, as well as other computer hardware and devices. I also install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and programs, such as operating systems, antivirus, office suites, etc. Data security and backup are my priorities, and I protect systems from unauthorized access and cyberattacks.
