I graduated bachelor’s degree in tourism management and my previous job was Sales and Reservations officer in a Travel agency. In that full course and job experience, one of the things I acquire is familiarity with diversity, engaging with different people, and the essence of communication. In this job that I’m applying for, I could say I have the skill of written communication and being a persuasive communicator that is likely effective for foreigners. I am also experienced in dealing the queries via phone calls and emails, doing paper works that were presented to the clients, having this enthusiastic attitude within me in engaging with business partners and clients both from here and other countries, experienced in making invoices and P.O, I can contribute creative ideas, photo editing, and linguistic skills are plus to my skill set and lastly, having a heart of ensuring that I’m providing the contentment and satisfaction to my clients. My greatest work achievement was when I finally achieved booking tickets and processing visas for my previous clients before. It was an amazing achievement that made me felt proud of myself to get to experience and learn new interesting things. Every time I achieve a specific task, it brings relief and smiles to my face.
