Anietie U••• is a trained researcher and statistical data analyst with bias in social and environmental psychology, quantitative research, instrument construction and development and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); a global support executive with close to 2 decades of experience in executive support, program management, research and publications. He led the Research and Capacity Development at ADSR, Ibadan, Nigeria. He has worked as a Program Officer at the Trade Policy Research and Training Program, University of Ibadan; and also as a Publication Officer and Assistant Manager at the Nigerian Economic Society (NES). He served at NES as the Desk Editor of the Society's Journal – the Nigerian Journal of Economic and Social Studies (NJESS); he managed portfolios of very senior management of the Society, organized many research programs and served in various national and international committees. Mr. U••• obtained his first and second degrees in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and also possesses an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has published in the area of social psychology in national and international journals, attended and presented at various conferences and workshops both within and outside Nigeria. Anietie, who is currently undergoing his Ph.D. programme at the University of Ibadan, is also an Alumnus of Pan-African Doctoral Academy (PADA), University of Ghana, research fellow, IFRA- Nigeria, French Institute for Research in Africa, Graduate Member, Nigerian Association of Industrial and Organisational Psychologists and Graduate Member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Finally, He volunteers as a Senior Research Fellow with No Hunger Food Bank, Abuja, Nigeria.
