Main practice areas: IP, Commercial Law and TMT. I specialise in TMT and commercial matters including contractual review and drafting, IP and IT litigation, anti-counterfeit actions, trademark filing strategies, unfair competition and copyright consultation. I am also qualified to offer privacy consultancy and management (GDPR compliant). I regularly assist gaming and technology companies with commercial and regulatory advice. I graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in December 2015, and was admitted to the Bar in March 2016. I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Intellectual Property from the University of London and the CIPP/E and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. In previous years I have been widely involved in student activism. I was President of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Malta and helmed various projects organised by the association including a Maltese to English legal translation app which has been certified by an EU institution and is available for download on iOS and Android.
