My experience and understanding of the community’s needs have been invaluable in guiding the organization I worked for towards success. As the founder of a Charity, I know I need to continue involving the community in all aspects of the organization, from decision-making to program development. By creating a sense of ownership and participation among community members, ODOAP will more effectively meet their needs and achieve its goals. The key to a successful organization is staying true to its mission and values while adapting to the community’s changing needs. With my passion and dedication, and the support of the community, I believe ODOAP can make a significant impact in breaking down language barriers and creating a more inclusive society. ODOAP is only one of the projects I am working on. The other is the Noir Investment Club, which aims to teach Black people who were never introduced to financial literacy and investing in having a chance to have control of their financial lives. The Noir Investment Club is an exclusive club that provides a platform for learning, investing, networking, and exchanging ideas and experiences for new and professional investors. Our goal is to create a community of potential investors who can access new investment opportunities that were previously closed off to them. We believe that pooling together our resources and expertise can open up a wealth of previously hidden investment opportunities. Our mission is to empower Black people who may not have had access to financial literacy and investing education, to have control of their financial lives and create generational wealth. By joining the Noir Investment Club, members can network with like-minded individuals, learn from experienced investors, and gain access to exclusive investment opportunities. Our community values diversity, equity, and inclusion and is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members. Together, we can build a community that will help us achieve our financial goals and create a legacy for future generations. My passion for self-development and community strength has positioned me in a privileged place to continue working for the prosperity of all people.
