Throughout the years many of my colleagues and employees have described me as the visionary leader. I take it as the greatest reward for my work as the CEO. Means I have motivated them to find their own courage, strength, and passion. I am passionate about leadership, innovation and lately service design. I find it challenging to mix different management methods to encourage teams think out of box and test multiply solutions to wished target. Nowadays leaders should be goal oriented, but at the same time bringing out the best in teams – that’s what masters leaders. My T-shape skills & competences matrix relays on leadership, management, business development skills and vertically on education innovation. While constantly expanding my leadership scope I, on aside, keep my expertise knowledge on education: from basic education to adult training. Since innovation and creativity is my passion, I have moved my focus beyond traditional education area. Last year I managed, with amazing likeminded people, to lobby for the first national start-up programme for EdTech companies. Programme is running under Start-Up Estonia with the aim of changing the education scene in the world. The latest initiative is Education Nation / For the smartest people in the world – the export initiative for education service providers from Estonia.
