Hello, my name is Hesham A••• and I am a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Team Leader with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. With over six years of experience as a mechanical design engineer, I have developed a strong expertise in designing and developing mechanical systems and products. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple design teams and delivered high-quality projects within strict deadlines. My ability to effectively manage and motivate team members has resulted in increased efficiency and productivity, while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. My technical skills include proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, as well as experience in designing for various manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, and CNC machining. I am also well-versed in creating detailed technical drawings and conducting thorough product testing to ensure quality and functionality. In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. I am also a strong problem-solver, constantly seeking out innovative solutions to challenges and continuously improving processes.
