For 20 years, I have been involved in organizing festivals and events, as well as fundraising and website design. Currently, I work as a Senior Grants Specialist at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, a think tank specializing in foreign policy, defense, and security. I am also a member of the Warsaw Security Forum team—one of Europe's leading conferences on security—which currently brings together stakeholders from 90 countries. Additionally, I am involved in organizing two artistic events: the BNP Paribas Two Riversides Film and Art Festival (Festiwal Filmu i Sztuki Dwa Brzegi) and the Zygmunt Haupt Festival (Festiwal im. Zygmunta Haupta). Moreover, I develop website concepts, ensuring that ideas are adapted in line with UX principles and collaborating closely with IT developers. I also have experience in communication and content creation in both Polish and English. I received my PhD from the Institute of Philosophy, University of Warsaw. In my free time, I participate in improvisational theater, performing in comedy shows. Taking improv courses has significantly shaped my understanding of teamwork as a group process based on the "Yes, and." rule.
