Expertise in- Planning, designing, writing and implementing education projects funded by NGO clients or donors - Managing community-based projects with multiple implementers/stakeholders - Training field-based staff to implement program activities effectively - Designing IEC materials to support the implementation of project outcomes - Writing curriculum materials (early literacy, HIV/AIDS, science, agriculture) I also have my Iowa Teaching Certification for Grades 1-6 and am taking coursework at Morningside College to obtain an English as a Second Language endorsement.
