With over a decade of dedication to enhancing the visibility and commercial success of Estonian design, my journey as Managing Director at Eesti Disaini Maja has been defined by a passion for retail marketing and the development of new business avenues. My mission aligns seamlessly with our aim to showcase remarkable Estonian product design, facilitating platforms that empower designers to reach global markets. My core competencies include spearheading initiatives that resonate with our culture of innovation and community while fostering an environment that values diverse perspectives and creative collaboration.My recent engagement as a Partner in the "SMOTIES – Human Cities" project underscores my commitment to revitalizing small and remote places through cultural and creative works. We leverage a shared methodology to engage local communities, promoting transnational mobility of creative professionals, and conducting masterclasses. This role has enabled me to apply my skills in new business development and retail dynamics to create impactful and sustainable transformations in public spaces, thereby nurturing the cultural heritage of these communities.
