Started my carrier as a Direct Recruit Officer in 1984 Moved through various position & locations generally holding the charge of a Branch/Divisional office & Regional offices. On Promotion joined GIC Re. Initially handled HR/IT/Training/Legal departments, then moved to Retrocession inwards & international Operations. Now my job area is to handle Reinsurance(Treaty & fac/Domestic & Foreign), Retrocession inwards & outwards, Board Secretariat & CMD's Secretariate. moved to head GIC Re south africa as MD & CEO. After 2 exciting years with revenue growth from USD 25 mln to USD 150 mln back at GIC Re Mumbai as GM.Superannuated as Director & General Manager from GIC Re.Took a 2 year sabbatical before joining W Safe Re as CEO
