I help SMEs and mid-caps to strengthen their financing capacities and create smooth and efficient relationships with their banks and financial partners. My goal: to transform a relationship that is often unsatisfatory or ineffective into a strategic lever for stability and development. This work on relations with financial partners may sometimes require going much further: it often happens that this approach reveals the need for a more in-depth, strategic or operational overhaul. I speak the language of companies as well as bankers, and I know how to build bridges between the two in both growth and crisis contexts.
