I believe that good leadership is a missing link between employee satisfaction and great business results. I have a M.Sc.(Econ.) degree in Knowledge Management & Leadership from LUT University Finland. I am a certified trainer for all Blanchard's core programs such as SLII®, Building Trust, Self Leadership and Coaching Essentials®.
