As the Chief Operating Officer at Zunda Towers, I oversee the operations and management of one of the highest and most multifunctional building complexes in the region, offering business, residential, and cultural services to our clients and partners. I also serve as a Board Member at Hotelier.lv, a creative hospitality consulting company that I founded in 2015. I have conducted over 20 feasibility studies and business plans for key regional real estate and hospitality ventures, secured over 100 million EUR for diverse projects, and expanded our consulting services to leading Eastern European and Ukrainian hotel groups. I have collaborated extensively with top international and local chains and operators in Latvia and Europe, leveraging my skills in revenue management and new business development. I am a lifelong learner who continuously expands my skills and stays ahead of industry trends. I hold a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Latvia.
