Training designer. Instructor. Curious human. With over 15 years of experience designing learning programs across academic and vocational spaces, I specialize in making complex ideas simple, useful, and a little more fun. I’ve worked with diverse audiences using e-learning tools, hands-on methods, and a collaborative spirit that invites people to really learn—not just check a box. At Empowered by Industry, We believe growth happens when people learn from each other. Our workshops—Innovation Thinking and Empowered by Failure—use custom-designed card games to help individuals and communities explore new mindsets, play with ideas, and turn challenges into creative fuel. Previously at Global University Systems (GUS). As Director of Academic Development, I led the design of training programs in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Science, and helped build bridges between educational institutions and industry partners across the globe. I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Investigative Criminology. My thesis explored how hackers shape their identities online—still one of the most fascinating rabbit holes I’ve fallen into.
