With an MBA from the University of Alberta and previous experience as a Senior Management Consultant at KPMG, I bring a track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving high-impact health system projects, and translating strategy into sustainable operational improvements. My work spans the public and not-for-profit healthcare sectors, where I’ve managed complex initiatives involving organizational change, performance improvement, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation. I’m passionate about enhancing access, equity, and efficiency in healthcare delivery—and I thrive at the intersection of strategy, people, and innovation. Outside of work, I'm dedicated to giving back to the community through volunteer work with local community organizations.
