I am a Business Analyst with over 3 years experience in various positions held in the telecoms and business consultancy industries. My experience in the telecoms industry of over 10 years has afforded extensive knowledge in digital transformation, stakeholders management and requirement management. Over the years, i have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage and support organisational business compliance operations by identifying aspects of the business that needs improvement and adequately working with various stakeholders to manage and document requirements. I have diverse skill set in requirement engineering and the entire value chain of requirement management. Mapping present and future states of the business, modelling requirements using UML diagrams, documenting requirements in catalog and as user stories. I have consistently delivered high quality project technical documentation including translating high level requirements into business and solution requirements. I have experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in implementing digital transformational projects while driving cross-functional collaboration.
