As the VP of Talent Acquisition at BlackRock, I lead the TA Governance and Performance (GaP) team, covering Business Management, Budget, HR Technology, Risk and Compliance and Learning. With over 10 years of experience in sourcing and operations, I have a strong management consulting background and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations across multiple functions and geographies. My areas of expertise include end-to-end sourcing process, vendor risk management and governance, contract negotiation, business case development, service delivery design, change management and executive communications. I am passionate about optimizing processes, enhancing performance, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition. My goal is to enable BlackRock to attract, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry.
