Lawyer with extensive experience in tax law and advising family businesses. In my role as board member and consultant to families, I have had the opportunity to assist families and family offices in their estate planning, internationalization, succession plans, and corporate governance processes, combining the technical knowledge acquired throughout my career with a deep understanding of their dynamics and long-term objectives, derived from my own personal experience. In my role at Ried Fabres, as partner in charge of the tax team, I advise domestic and foreign companies on a variety of tax matters, including structuring, reorganizations, compliance, and administrative defense before the local tax authority. I also have experience in venture capital and structuring innovation projects, where I have advised investment funds, institutional investors, and family offices. I teach these subjects in undergraduate and graduate programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile.
