I am a Supply Chain Management professional with 18 years of Supply Chain experience of which 16 years are within a managerial role. I understand the challenges faced by growing companies from start-ups to multi-national multi-brand corporations (globally and domestically). No matter the size or years in business, the challenges, especially procurement/supply chain operations & and demand planning are the same just scaled differently. Having a leader with exposure to various industries such as Manufacturing, Health Care, Telecommunications, Services, and Construction, sustainable change culture, and strategic direction is critical to success. My passion lies in ensuring improved efficiency and productivity within the supply chain. I have honed the ability to translate my expertise and team leadership into innovative techniques to increase your company’s bottom line. With expertise in procurement management, business intelligence analytics, e-tendering and e-auctions, contract negotiations, supplier performance management, demand forecasting, and inventory control management, I have an in-depth understanding of supply chain management procedures, and the associated policies and strategies. I can innovate and improve current processes and formats, as well as introduce strategies and process improvements to enhance operations.
