The best preparation I've ever received for my current profession in the packaging sector was my background and training in the retail industry. I enjoy every facet of the business—from product sourcing to sales level agreements to on-site customer visits, starting with the research and development for biodegradable and sustainable packaging. Successful people work hard for it.
