I am an individual with a high desire to exceed personal and team goals. After my fifteen plus year tenure in the industry, I have lead private company teams to success in conjunction with multiple government city and state agencies while in a supervisory role. I have built a foundation and mastered the skill-sets of a technician in a customer service environment. Constant close proximity and partnerships with agency CIO’s made me the first and preferred point of contact while employed with private and government agencies. Expert Level knowledge in SCCM Administration, as well as experience in AD GPO creation and modification, Office 365, Network Topology and protocols, as well as troubleshooting and expert knowledge in hardware and software.
