I come with passion and diligence, I listen and I love to observe. I work in order to make the world more just for us who have the privilege to look after it. Women's rights, minority identities, fundraising, communications, project and volunteer management, digital marketing and social media shape my everyday life. I am fiercely analytical, reflective and at best with people. I have extensive background in social science and narrative research, having worked as an academic for 15 years both in Finland and the UK. My research expertise includes qualitative methodology, health experience research, social construction of health and illness,(mental) health & identity, media, language and discourse analysis. Working in an INGO I work very hard to make sure such ideas of resilience and equality are being put to action to deliver real change.
