Look around you and ask how can I make a difference' This has been my mantra for as long as I can remember. My work adopts a whole systems approach together with the capacity to shift paradigms. This requires organisations to embrace both visionary and operational leadership with the importance of culture, personal beliefs and values. Traditionally all businesses try to link their corporate values to individual values whereas real organisation performance comes from concentrating on what people want to be. Tapping into what people want requires a rebalancing of processes, systems, behaviours and results. Open-mindedness can in turn lead to insight through listening to employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.Try taking your thinking to the next level. I'm described as having the ability to renew myself and the organisations in which I work, enjoying the capacity to deal simultaneously with many situations at multiple levels. I will talk to boards, senior teams and the shop floor, dealing with their immediate priorities while not losing sight of long-term goals. I have the insight to capture significant moments in an organisation's life and as a consequence create symbols and metaphors that resonate and remain in people's hearts and minds. What I do is best described as META-TRANSFORMATION, Meta meaning beyond, and transformation being a process of profound and radical change for leaders and their organisations.
