I am a Sourcing Specialist on ATB Financial's Procurement team. My current role in Procurement is focused on not just the sourcing of goods and services, but also the strategy and the “why” behind it. I develop strategic sourcing events that work to solve ATB team members problems in our marketing, facilities, and communications departments. This sourcing can include current state documentation, market research, developing a points-based evaluation system, in-depth interviews, and contract negotiations. I also have experience managing ATB’s warehouse of inventory to be utilized at both branches and corporate locations. This meant monitoring inventory levels, lead times, reorder points, and forecasting to ensure optimal quantities were ordered to maximize value. Outside my professional career, I enjoy playing volleyball and running to stay active. In my downtime I love baking for friends and family, playing board games, and trying my best to support the Oilers and the Jays.
