Diana G••• is Head of Operations and Growth at Atram, where she drives the scale-up of AI-powered solutions that help financial institutions reduce risk and improve their customers' climate resilience. With over 15 years of experience forging impactful partnerships and programs, she is a recognized leader in advancing financial inclusion and digital innovation. After her tenure at USAID, Diana has also served as an independent advisor on AI, climate resilience, gender, fundraising, and partnerships. As Senior Advisor for Digital Finance at USAID, Diana led transformative efforts like the Women in the Digital Economy Initiative, a White House Presidential project that mobilized over $1B to close the gender digital divide. She also managed the $83M Women in the Digital Economy Fund, collaborating with the Gates Foundation, Microsoft, UPS, KOICA, and Reliance Foundation to expand digital access. Previously, as Strategic Advisor for Digital Financial Services at Women’s World Banking, Diana built partnerships across Africa and Asia to develop innovative solutions in digital payments, loans, and financial inclusion. Her career has also included leadership roles at Mondato LLC and Paythru Ltd, where she led international projects and launched cutting-edge mobile payment solutions. Diana holds a Master’s in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and International Relations from Sweet Briar College. Fluent in multiple languages, she brings a global perspective to her work. Passionate about driving equity in the digital economy, Diana blends thought leadership with hands-on execution to deliver real-world impact.
