With over sixteen years of experience in the Caparo group, I am currently the Whole Time Director & CEO of Caparo Power Limited, a leading provider of energy solutions in India. I joined Caparo Power in February 2023, after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Caparo Engineering India Limited, where I oversaw the financial strategy, business planning, and financial reporting of the flagship company of Caparo’s automotive businesses in India. Prior to that, I was the Head of Treasury at Caparo India Operations, where I managed the treasury function, including liquidity, debt, interest rates, risk and investment management, for all Caparo group entities in India. My mission is to drive the growth and innovation of Caparo Power, while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and social responsibility. We are passionate about cleaner sources of energy and its potential to create a positive impact for the environment and the society.
