Over 5 years experience designing products and services that drive customer and business value, from long-term strategy to successfully launched customer experiences, always rigorously validated and tested to meet real user needs. As the permaculture pioneer Patrick Whitefield said - “I want to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.” This ambition, combined with my strong belief that different experiences help us to solve problems, has led me to a social enterprise in Cameroon, a sustainable tech start-up in the Netherlands, start a coffee company, a syntropic agroforestry farm in Spain, an ecology school in Mexico, over 4 years at a design and innovation consultancy in London, and now in-house at the ecotech company Hive - where I lead service design and research projects launching new products and services, and improving existing ones.
