I have over 17 years of experience, being involved in share deals and asset deals and providing assistance to both sellers and buyers in all phases of their transactions. My experience also includes assisting investors throughout the life cycle of their business in Romania. I have assisted multinational and local companies, active in sectors such as real estate, agriculture, financial services, retail, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT & C and telecommunications.
