Strong understanding of, and experience in, the integration of program activities, and the importance of this ineffective program delivery - in development contexts and in emergency response settings and always up to date with latest systems, processes and methodologies, best practices, and donor requirements and ensure that the project capacity development efforts are consistent with the best practices of the industry.
