Ability to identify gaps for capacity building of key stakeholders, including but not limited to training, mentoring, coaching, peer learning, and other methods as the case may be. Background with extensive experience in multicultural environments. High level of operational effectiveness - ability to lead formulation and oversight of implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs; I have over 10 years of experience in the Private Sector and International Organisations with a Strong, Proven Experience in Management and Coordination of Activities. Strong understanding of, and experience in, the integration of program activities, and the importance of this ineffective program delivery - in development contexts and in emergency response settings and always up to date with latest systems, processes and methodologies, best practices, and donor requirements and ensure that the project capacity development efforts are consistent with the best practices of the industry.
