I develop, enforce, and evaluate in the areas of Food Quality & Safety, Potable/ Recreation Water Safety, Sanitation, and Integrated Pest Management policies, programs, and strategies to improve health outcomes and oversee the implementation and monitoring of environmental health and food safety legislation through structured audits, training, and effective communication. A versatile and skilled professional with more than 8 years of public health, food industry manufacturing, food processing and Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) experience. I have a solid understanding of sanitation and food safety regulations (Asia, GCC, EURO, and North America). I have superior attention to detail and excellent auditing skills. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology in Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Safety at the University of Edinburgh, UK. ISO/FSSC certification as a Certified Professional Lead Auditor Food Safety credential.
