I am a business leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience in insurance and financial services. Over the years, I have learned how to build strong teams, shape strategy that actually works, and keep things moving in the right direction. I co-founded Youplus CZ/SK and helped grow it from a fresh start-up into a mid-sized insurer serving over customers, with €50M+ in annual premiums. I have been closely involved in everything from product development and customer value to innovation, automation, AI, and full P&L responsibility. Before that, I held senior roles at AXA and Generali, where I worked on turning around underperforming portfolios, launching competitive life products, and setting up marketing and CRM programs that actually worked. I prefer straightforward thinking, clear goals, and giving people the autonomy and support they need to do great work.
