After 7 years of private practice, advising multinational clients on various matters such as structuring financial deals and managing cross-border arbitrations, I have joined MNCs and took up legal and regulatory executive positions managing multiple markets. I have a strong track record of developing my people into leadership positions. I am known for my candour, speedy decisions and commercial view points when dealing with complex legal and regulatory ambiguities. I am a key contributor to commercial strategy as I am able to flex beyond the realm of legal and external affairs. I have developed and executed transformational legal and regulatory strategies and am currently leading an exciting transformation of how legal and external affairs could deliver enhanced business values. I also manage an extensive set of compliance agenda as well as significant strategic litigations, disputes and investigations.
