I’m an Engineering Consulting Department Manager and Quality Manager, working mainly on civil, railway, and renewable energy infrastructure projects. My role is about taking projects from concept to completion — from feasibility studies and design reviews to due diligence and construction oversight — while keeping things clear, precise, and useful for clients. On the quality side, I focus on building and improving systems that actually work in practice. I’ve developed processes around ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, always with the goal of making change manageable and results-driven. Earlier in my career, I worked in higher education, and I’m currently expanding my knowledge with a Master’s in Total Quality Management. I’m always open to connecting with people who share the same hands-on approach and drive for continuous improvement.
