For the past four years, I've been dedicated to developing a unique AI real estate marketplace, a significant undertaking designed to address a critical need within the $2.5 trillion UK real estate sector. We are currently preparing for our initial fundraising round to bring this substantial business venture to market. My career also encompasses extensive experience in facilities and building management across Greater London. I've been responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings and luxury residential properties, serving high-profile tenants including wealth management firms, corporate law firms, medical consultants, police headquarters, and educational institutions. My responsibilities have included comprehensive facilities operations, contractor and sub-contractor management, detailed building surveying and inspections, dispute resolution, and rigorous adherence to Health and Safety assessments. I've also managed complex electrical and mechanical works, issued work permits for sensitive areas, and led significant refurbishment and project management initiatives, incorporating sustainable designs and utilizing frameworks such as JCT. Furthermore, I've managed procurement processes to ensure efficient operations. I've independently achieved significant professional milestones, including becoming a voting and certified member of BIFM and an Incorporate member of CIOB.
