My work is rooted in psychology and education — helping organisations align people, purpose, and processes. Whether through consultancy, lecturing, or coaching, I focus on creating clarity, building reflective learning cultures, and developing strong leadership presence. I bring experience as a researcher (PhD, Education), consultant, and keynote speaker, combined with an international perspective.
