My work experience has ranged from supervisor, to various senior management positions including Operations Manager. My experience includes all aspects of Operations, up to and including strategic marketing and business development, control of all division cost’s and over heads, budgets and P/L functions. Whilst having involvement in all aspects of sales, staff development/growth and project management. I have detailed my experience in my attached resume. The most recent of these positions required the integration of company strategic plans for growth as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. A summary of my following attributes: • Management Experience – I have managed staff in a number of businesses over several years, from customer service to operations, sales and project employees. My management style is there are no problems only solutions, working with staff to empower them to achieve. • Be highly self-motivated proactive and project driven – I am driven by the desire to improve systems and procedures and provide timely and effective reports in an environment that thrives on excellence. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to lead by example and motivate others – I have many years of experience communicating at all levels of organisations from owner directors, external companies, customers and employees. • Strong time management and organisations skills – I am extremely organised and hard working. I have established procedures and made improvements in all organisations where I have been employed.
