Welcome to my profile. I am currently Programme and Training Officer at the International Organisation Youth Initiative for Land in Africa (YILAA). I have a Master's degree in Environment, Health and Sustainable Development from the University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin) and a Master's degree specialising in Project and Quality Management. I have solid experience in strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation. I was a researcher with GIZ-Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH on a study of the conditions, mechanisms and strategies for young people's access to rural land in Borgou (northern Benin). As part of my work, I'm at ease identifying and building development and international solidarity programmes and projects. I support NGOs, associations, foundations, universities and research laboratories in drafting and submitting development projects, mobilising financial resources and training them. I help them to integrate climate and environmental concerns into the design of programmes and projects. I also assist with project drafting and monitoring. I have excellent organisational and team management skills, and I'm very rigorous and results-oriented. I have a perfect command of survey techniques (from data collection to analysis and publication of results) based on the use of mobile applications on smartphones and tablets. I've always had a single strategy in my career: to do my job well.
