First a bit on my core values which shapes most of my choices in life I try to align my life according to the following long term goals - Worlds best parent (Raise children that I can be proud off while being a parent that my children is proud off to have)- Economic independence (By obtaining economic independence I can spend time on things I think matter the most)- Self sufficiency (Self sufficiency to me is that I can freely choose what/when food, equipment, goods and services I want to buy, and produce the rest myself)- A better world (I want to leave the world a better place than when I arrived to it)- Technological revolution (Having being part of technology that has transformed the world) I try to maximize time usage with Methods, skills and interactions that help me achieve these goals, and avoid time usage that hinders me Secondly a bit of where I feel I am at my best My core competence is machine building. Because of my work history as well as hobbies and being raised in an farm environment, machines in all possible forms have crossed my path. I have been doing machine design for individual parts, also more or less complex assemblies and whole even whole machines. I try to get myself to the manufacturing floor being involved in building and testing my own designs. I disassemble and repair things in my free time. I have done procurement and logistics planning. I would say that one of my strongest skills is that I know and have hands on experience in many manufacturing methods and by this know how to take this into account in the design itself. So I have experience in most of the areas covering machine building. And thirdly a bit of how I am as a person to work with As a collogue I have heard that I am easy to approach and encouraging to discuss with. I see the possibilities and opportunities in everything. I do not shoot down ideas, instead I try to find the grains of gold in flying ideas and refine them.
