Dr. Ajay S••• boasts over 20 years of experience as a highly proficient Resettlement, Socio-Economic Specialist, Livelihood Specialist and Gender Specialist. He has successfully handled the preparation of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Indigenous People Development Plans for various infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, highways, railways, metro, and flood resilience. His expertise includes Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Social Safeguard Due Diligence studies, Stakeholder Engagement plans (SEP), Livelihood restoration plans, and Environmental and Social management and monitoring Plans. Dr. S••• has worked closely with esteemed organizations like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), KFW, NDB, IFC Performance standards, EBRD Environment and Social policy, Equator Principles and JICA. He has developed top-notch environmental social management frameworks (ESMF) and environmental social impact assessments (ESIA), Stakeholder Engagement plan (SEP), while working in collaboration with these organizations. and also, expertise in Environmental Social Governance (SDG 17 Goals), BRSR.
