Combining my background in Anthropology and my interest in User-Centered Design, I have trained a human-centered outlook, aiming at improving services to deliver real value to their users. I apply this to commercial and public services as well as in my experience in developing countries. What I can do for you: Make sure the human is at the centre. Humans! They’re amazing, but all different. From taste to culture to socio-economic background, they all carry different baggages. Make sure you open those suitcases before you begin. Research and testing. Do you need to find something out? I can use different methodologies to make sure you do, whether it is something completely new or improving on an existing thing. Design and Facilitate. Workshops are fun! I have done lots of them, with the most disparate people. Whether indian farmers or business executives, there’s a way to get everyone to talk, relax and create.
