As a Business Operations Manager at IceAir Airconditioning Refrigeration Spare Parts W.L.L I ensure the smooth operations of six commercial branches across Bahrain (Three Main And Three Sister Concerns) overseeing the stock levels and customer satisfaction of each branch. I have been in this role since January 2021 after working as a Sales and Marketing Representative for the same company for over a year where I handled sales operations across different branches and served as the point of contact between the company and the supreme council of environment. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous I also completed a CRM certification issued by IIMBx in 2019. I have a passion for learning and building relations and a humble and hardworking attitude. I enjoy working in a team and contributing to the success of the organization. I also have experience in working as an intern for Bangalore International Airport Ltd where I worked on the Digiyatra project and handled passengers at various counters and queues.
