On the record

I care about how things work and how people experience them. Whether it is a service, a system or a brand, I look at the whole picture. I focus on what happens on the surface, what lies underneath and where things break when real people use them. I like making things more usable, more thoughtful and more honest, especially when there is a gap between what something promises and what it actually delivers. Most of my work lives at the intersection of operations, experience design and communication. I enjoy roles where I can stay close to people while improving the systems around them — not just to make them bigger or faster, but better in ways that matter.
