I'm experienced in full-cycle recruitment of executive, management and top-specialist roles (including pan-Baltic recruitment). While my main focus area in HR has been recruitment, sourcing and onboarding, I also have hands-on experience with employer branding. I have developed my skills and knowledge in labour law, HR analytics, HR operations, change management and DEI through various certifications and courses. With a diploma of professional higher education in Public Health Education and Promotion, I have a strong background in enhancing employee wellbeing and workplace health promotion initiatives. I am eager to learn and understand the "why" behind the "how". My goal is to form trusting relationships with stakeholders and bring in the strongest candidates who share the values and vision of the organization - I foster equity and empathy whilst approaching my work with structure. My colleagues at Carlsberg Group recognized these efforts and nominated me for the Baltic Extra Mile 2022 award.
