Over the past decade, I've been actively involved in instructing nursing and master's programs within the Faculty of Health Sciences. During this period, my responsibilities primarily encompassed leadership roles, serving as the deputy dean alongside conducting research.My research focus revolves around developing physical activity initiatives that aim to prevent and manage non-communicable diseases while also fostering the health of children and the elderly.
