Sociologist with studies on Latin American Literature and Jungian Psychology, César have worked for 20 years as a Strategist for different agencies facing a wide range of challenges: develop Brand Positioning, Brand Architectures, Brand Innovation Platforms and Communication Strategies leading cross-disciplinary teams for clients such as Motorola, Unilever, Coca Cola Company, Nestlé, Banamex, HSBC, Telcel, Movistar, Bimbo Group, HSBC, P&G, Cuervo, among others. Nowadays, Cesar is working as independent strategist for companies as Land O´ Lakes, Cuestione, Mezcal AMORES, Blanx, Escuela de Escritores de México, and collaborated as a freelance for projects of Banco Azteca, Chadraui, Televisa, LALA and Xcaret for agencies such as VMLY & R, ZOO, Weber Shandwick and FCB. He also teach Strategy at the Mexican Academy of Creativity where he is working on an approach to strategic thinking based on Ethics and Anthropology. As a sociologist trained in Jungian psychotherapy Cesar understand that, no matter what kind of problem an organization faces, the solution to it arises from the deep understanding of the needs that lie behind the behaviour of people. The application of his academic background through marketing and communication techniques has facilitated the construction of unique points of view that have led to creative and effective solutions.
