Forum J••• is a multi-stakeholder collaboration platform which connects Academia (A), Government (G), Business (B), Community (C), and Media (M) in a river conservation activities, especially to Kalimalang and the surrounding rivers and waterways. These collaboration is known as Pentahelix, which the term is coined by Ridwan Kamil, the Governor of Jawa Barat which also the Commander of Citarum Watershed Rehabilitation Task Force (Satgas PPK DAS Citarum). Currently, the forum member is consists of BBWS Citarum (G), Dinas Lingkungan Hidup of Bekasi District (G), Patriot Desa (G), Perum Jasa Tirta II (B), PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi (B), Dept. of Environmental Engineering of President University (A), Yayasan Rumah Energi (C), Yayasan Bambu (C), Jangkar Eco-Village (C), Komunitas Bambu Kuning (C), Stefanus Ato (M) and Jihan A. As-sya'bani (A).
