I am a passionate and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying graduate from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences with solid hands-on experience in the contracts and tenders field, particularly within the Omani government sector. During my time at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, I worked as a Tenders & Contract Specialist. I was responsible for preparing professional tender documents, managing procurement procedures using the e-bidding system (Esnad), and handling contractual and legal issues with a focus on compliance and risk management. In addition to my technical proficiency in AutoCAD, I possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. I’ve completed multiple professional development courses in leadership, negotiation, safety, contracting, and ethics — all of which shaped me into a well-rounded, adaptable professional. I am now actively seeking new opportunities to apply my skills and contribute to innovative, value-driven projects — especially in the fields of contracts, quantity surveying, and project coordination.
