With more than 14 years of experience in quality and food safety management, I am currently the director of this department at Smiley's food industry and Smiley's Bakery, a leading producer and distributor of high-quality food products. I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a FSSC awareness and internal audit certification, which I have used to implement and improve quality and safety systems and processes across our operations. My core competencies include applying food technology and hygiene principles, conducting inspections, testing, audits, and investigations, training and empowering my team, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers, stakeholders, and community, and continuously striving for excellence and innovation in quality and safety performance. My mission is to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for our products and processes, and to contribute to the growth and success of Smiley's.
