Uday V••• is the Practice Head for the Financial Services Sector at Odgers Berndtson India based out of the Mumbai Office. He is a member of the firm's Global Financial Services practice with a special focus on senior-level leadership searches across BFSI sector for Banks NBFCs PE/VC Fintech GCCs Wealth Management Mutual Funds and Insurance companies. He brings more than two decades of extensive and diversified work experience across Financial Services & Education sectors in India. He has held senior leadership positions handling Business Development Regional growth and P&L management. He has been associated with leading organizations like HDFC Bank Axis Bank IDBI Bank Citibank Oracle Financial Services Xoom-A PayPal Service Indian School of Business and BITS School of Management. He has contributed towards building of businesses teams and systems in the areas of Consumer Banking Trade Finance Product Digital Payment and COE for Careers & Talent. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Uday was associated with BITS School of Management as their Assistant Dean for External Engagements. Uday holds an MBA from IE Business School Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics Mumbai. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral from Indian School of Business Hyderabad.
